To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Tags, pouches, and any included items must be intact

Items must be returned in new condition

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or engraved jewelry
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Free return shipping is offered within the United States
• International customers are responsible for return shipping (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
